PBCFR will be hosting a large-scale and multi-agency drill Monday through Thursday at Currie Park and on the adjacent Intracoastal Waterway. This will involve PBCFR and many other partner agencies. It will utilize land-based, marine and air assets. If you are near the area of Currie Park between October 30th and November 2nd, expect to see and hear these units operating. The drills will begin around 7:30 am and should be complete by 5pm each day. Boats, PRWC’s and personnel will be operating near, in and on the water. Helicopters will be flying low in the area as well. Currie Park and the Currie Park Boat Ramp will remain accessible to the public. There will be some areas of limited access in and around Currie Park during these drills.
