Perhaps by now you have heard of the FCC’s Public Notice - Delete, Delete, Delete. I don’t know why it took the ARRL 8 days to announce this here - https://www.arrl.org/news/fcc-initiates ... %E2%80%9D They haven't taken any position or made any comments, but stated they will before the deadline of April 11th.
