Thanks for this Swamper. Although this is not a product release and just a pricing reveal, it's about durn time. I put in a reserve end of last year for this transceiver. It will need the long-wire antenna tuner for HF which appears to cost about $320. Is this an adequate replacement for the venerable Yaesu 818? I understand that it is a true Dual Band satellite transceiver which would be a big deal.

I just purchased a Alinco DR-735 mainly for satellites. Which I like to do for the same price as the antenna tuner you would need.
