Other free or discounted passes, including some lifetime passes, are available for persons with permanent disabilities, fourth grade students, volunteers and senior citizens age 62 years or older.

Thanks for posting this. I completely forgot about this program. I think it's great, and I think it's equally great that they included Gold Star Family members. It was a privilege for me to work with Jo Ann Maitland, past National President of Gold Star Mothers

Seeing the interest in POTA even those 62 or older without military service are eligible!
Also keep an eye out for Florida State Parks and Wildlife Management Areas reduced rates and discounts.
