Field Day Frequency to Avoid

Post by Michael M »

Due to the earthquake in Venezuela, the Venezuelan government requested that amateur radio operators clear and avoid the 7.135 MHz (40-meter band) frequency.

Emergency coordinators ask radio operators globally to leave 7.135 MHz (and sometimes 7.088 MHz) clear of non-essential traffic so relief teams can pass urgent health and welfare traffic.
