The "Radio Guys" took the championship tonight!

Thursday nights at 7:00 p.m. is Trivia Night at the Newport Diner. Caroline, of Great Big Trivia, was the MC, and she did a great job. The way the game is structured works well.

There were some fun-named teams. Brent and I teamed up as the "Radio Guys," and we took first place. Brent is pretty smart! I believe other prizes were also given out.

We had a lot of laughs and a good time. Honestly, that bacon-wrapped meatloaf may have been the best I've ever had. A hearty portion of meatloaf and mashed potatoes, with gravy over both, and broccoli. Brent cautioned me about eating it all. I chuckled and took care of business.

As MacArthur said, "I shall return!"

And thank you for coming out - it was fun. As the MC noted, no tie-breaker was needed. Trailing after the first third, we pulled ahead and won by a healthy margin.

It would be good to have more participants and teams from the club. It won't look good if I'm always on the winning team
