Happy Birthday (April 25, 1874) to G. Marconi, the pioneer who designed the first practical radio systems, paving the way for modern radio technology. His efforts centered on wireless telegraphy, leveraging electromagnetic waves to transmit signals wirelessly. He famously attained the first trans-Atlantic radio transmission in 1901. Because of his groundbreaking work and tinkering there are radios that reach the stars and closer to earth we all use radio everyday as part of smartphones communication.
